Welcome ice cube trays to my humble cave! Here I sit with my nose into a computer screen most of the day, and Monday is certainly no exception. I just got in the door after a long walk with the dogs because my treadmill is down right now, literally. It is turned from each other, folded and is in the floor below. Finally! We could just forget about getting it down yesterday, so Lars-Kristian got help from those working with the backyard here, and then the boy down in under 60 seconds. What would we do without men in the world?
Today I was on ELIXIA eight o'clock, so the body has been running well of strength bit. Guess exercises for your back and arms will come in handy in the future, I get tired of the latter to only carry two milk cartons for more than three minutes, haha! Are we talking spaghetti arms?
Now I'm probably sitting here and pimp some hours, so I made me some good as a result of what you have just weekend: The world's simplest iced coffee! Made a good deal of low-carbon-dairy ice cube trays ice cream this weekend, so I used what we had leftovers for my coffee mug. In that sense, it's like coffee with cream, only MUCH better. You should try!
After the tasks are completed, ice cube trays I have some preparations to both Tuesday and Wednesday as I have to manage with. Tomorrow comes a lovely magazine visiting here and in the evening I will travel to Oslo on Wednesday for starting my day early in the capital. I get all sweaty all the action, so I am looking forward enormously to the weekend in Skagen. And you, wonderful participation in the contest! It is closed now, reached the 2,000 comments about an hour ago, so fun!

Would last tip about a cafe in Sarpsborg called Miss Holm. Do not know if you've been there before but she make low-carb muffins / cookies and all the sandwiches can be obtained with low carb bread underneath. Excellent good food :)
