Bought Icebug Anima BUGrip last year. It was quite heavy to run with them the first season, but aft

Hello! Considering again to try running shoes with spike in winter. Last year I tried Asics Arctic, but without further success. It was with one test ride, and the shoes were returned to the store. gelo Does anyone have experience with Anima BUGrip, Asics Gel-Fujisetu or VJ Sarva XERO? In that case, I'm grateful for your input! exerciser Posts: gelo 45 Joined: August 22, 2010 5:23 p.m.
I have Asics FujiSetsu and Sarva D'would. gelo The former for leisurely walks and the latter to speed sessions. Both have steel bracket and sits like a shot. Makes no difference to the studs in this respect, although they are slightly different designed. I bought both recently so can not say anything about durability yet. Bought Icebug Anima BUGrip last year. It was quite heavy to run with them the first season, but after that my legs have become much stronger during any long running season they are just absolutely amazing. The more ice there are the better they sit. Using them mostly at all training sessions in the winter, up to 25 km running. snoopie72 Posts: 3 Joined: November 11, 2013 8:36
Thank you for your reply! It sounds like all the ones I mentioned can be a good option. Has anyone tried Sarva Xero hear I want their experiences. Are most relevant one mengdetreningssko with spike for me. Intervals I run any of the mill if it is smooth. exerciser Posts: 45 Joined: August gelo 22, 2010 5:23 p.m.
Ice Bug is only shoes with "smart pigs". I have not tried them, but the concept is definitely intriguing. Although I studded up shoes Löplabbet in addition to that I have used Yatrax stings. Smart studs on varied surfaces such as snow, ice, grass etc will spikes to grip the surface of the substrate instead of pressed into the base (see middle photo) The hard, smooth surface, such as asphalt, the spikes are pressed something into the base (see last picture ) on hard and uneven surfaces, some of the studs pressed in, while others will give you the grip you need for you to take hold spikes are enhanced with a peak of karbidstål, to be extra durable Note: Shoes with fixed studs in the sole are not intended for indoor gelo use as they may damage flooring and surfaces.
However, it will not be hard is comparable to the asphalt, and we therefore do not get the necessary attachment if it is pressed into the base? And here is well link you forgot. http://www.loplabbet.no/ny-vinterpiggsko-icebug-anima gelo Gunnar Bruun Posts: 176 Joined: January 18, 2010 10:19 p.m. Location: gelo Harstad
I can answer gelo your question. Last year I ran the first half of winter with Yatrax, the second half with Icebug. Both are ok. Shoes with yatrax becomes heavier and the springs provide extra softness beneath the foundation without feeling very uncomfortable. Not fully so easy to run on bare asphalt. Also a bit slippery on pure ice. Icebug'ene behave as minimalistsko. Low drop (?) And low attenuation. Shoes sitting as a single shot into the ground. Very good in clean handlebar grip and okay on slafseføre. They also work perfectly ok on bare asphalt, although one notices that the studs are pressed into the base (many runs therefore thicker sock or extra sole) benefit of Yatrax is that you can juggle around with the shoes you use. The freedom has not with spikes, if one then no spikes several pair. I started getting some pain in my Achilles after 3-4 weeks of Icebug (3-4 sessions per week). Icebuggene sits so well that I actually put one Strava PR in 1km uphill last winter on very holkete lead. Dice? Yatrax: 3 Icebug: 5

Inov8 340 (oroc) is fine. In general I find running shoes should be something more minimalist, often also a classic o-shoes integrator etc.. With ice and water, storm water will be Gjemre neoprensokker which also provides cushioning, so the more built-up shoes are slaftsete. Is it dry snow works regular shoes with spike well.
